Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility:

·        Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

·        Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

·        Personalized or sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

Return & Exchange Process:

1.     Initiate a Request: Email us at info@lushlilies.in or visit Lush Lilies to start the return or exchange process.

2.     Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address.

3.     Inspection & Processing: After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 7 business days.

4. Delivery of exchange would be in 10 days

Refund Policy:

·        Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

·        For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Exchange Policy:

·        Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

·        If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

·        If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

·        Personalized products

·        Sale or clearance items

·        Accessories (Wash Cloth, Swaddle Wraps,) for hygiene reasons
